Sealine Homes is a family run and owned Custom Building company situated in Batemans Bay. Paul deWinter, the Company Director was introduced to construction in the late 1980's as a carpenter.
With a vast array of homes under his belt, Paul is known for his high standards and attention to detail. Paul's forte is his flexibility. He believes that the most important issue is for the client to be 100% happy, so if you want plans changed slightly throughout the build he is more than happy to oblige.
Most importantly Paul provides a service that is exceptional. He is well-known for excellent communication and providing constant and valuable updates so you are involved in each milestone of your build. This ensures that the outcome is exactly how you dreamed it to be. He believes in getting it right from the start and his easy-going and friendly approach makes the entire process very stress free.

Building Services
We will assist with all aspects of submitting plans to council for approval, for example you may only have a floor plan & elevations, council require quite a bit more detail so our assistance can be invaluable.
