We will assist with all aspects of submitting plans to council for approval, for example you may only have a floor plan & elevations, council require quite a bit more detail so our assistance extends to things like, but is not limited to:
- Coordinating Engineers plans,
- Contour survey,
- Fire reports, Geo tech reports,and
- Information gathering as required to facilitate a speedy approval process.
You pay only for the relevant reports, arrangement of those reports are part of our service.
If we are designing a home for you, plan approval is part of the process and all fees and charges incorporated in the cost of construction.

We offer free, no obligation quotes on client supplied plans. Quotes are detailed and inclusions list with allowances provided.
Our quotes include site costs and all details as specified on plans unless instructed otherwise.
Secure Client Area Digital photography
For the convenience of our clients both local and interstate, Sealine Homes has an advanced and user friendly system in place to keep you informed throughout the course of the construction. Digital records of the construction are available to you in your secure client area where you will have 24/7 access to the latest photos, documents and you can even send us a message. While we have the secure area available we do encourage regular site meetings to discuss any issues that may arise.
